Service Description

Deposits are Non- Refundable. Service can be move to a later date, in the event of the need for cancellation All services follow the ATAB Protocol. Services are selected based on skin condition, not preference. Final service level may be adjusted after in-person assessment. ATAB does not provide medical treatment. Level 4 services are protocol-based grooming decisions designed to reduce mechanical trauma and support skin stability. Medical referral may be recommended when appropriate. Who this is for: Clients with severe, active, or unstable AKN (open lesions, extreme inflammation, advanced scarring, repeated flare-ups, or ongoing breakdown of the skin barrier) This level is not cosmetic grooming. What to expect: • Skin-first stabilization approach • Inflammation reduction and preservation of existing skin • Strict avoidance of actions that worsen trauma Purpose: Level 4 exists to pause damage, not chase appearance. The goal is to calm the skin, reduce progression, and determine whether you can safely transition into Level 2 or 3 in the future. Mandatory Conditions: • ATAB Nape Kit (non-negotiable) • Zero deviation from protocol • Reduced or eliminated clipper contact • Follow-up compliance required Important: This level may include service limitation or temporary refusal if the skin is not stable enough to proceed safely. Clients unwilling to follow instructions will not be serviced. Outcome Focus: Stabilization → Preservation → Future eligibility Not cosmetic perfection. Out of Scope (Do Not Treat): o Signs of infection o Aggressive keloid formation o Systemic symptoms o Conditions outside grooming/skin-support scope
