• Late arrivals (10+ minutes) service may be shortened or cancelled without refund.

• No-call / no-shows will require full payment before future bookings.

• Same-day cancellations is less than 4 hours are considered missed appointments.

• Hair and skin must be clean and free of heavy product unless otherwise instructed.

• Clients receiving AKN / bump services must follow all pre-care instructions.

• Failure to follow prep guidelines may result in service refusal.

• Please limit phone use during the service.

• Results depend on what you do after the chair.
