Service Description
All services follow the ATAB Protocol. Services are selected based on skin condition, not preference. Final service level may be adjusted after in-person assessment. ATAB does not provide medical treatment. Services are protocol-based grooming decisions designed to reduce mechanical trauma and support skin stability. Medical referral may be recommended when appropriate. Out of Scope (Do Not Treat): o Signs of infection o Aggressive keloid formation o Systemic symptoms o Conditions outside grooming/skin-support scope Who this is for: Severe Thickened tissue, chronic inflammation, scarring or keloid tendency, 15+ bumps, severe itch/pain Clients with moderate to severe AKN, long-term inflammation, scarring, or repeated treatment failure elsewhere. What to expect: • Strict, controlled protocol • Long-term correction strategy • Corrective adjustments to prevent progression Important: This level prioritizes skin preservation over appearance. Not all clients qualify. Failure to follow the protocol may result in service refusal. Mandatory • ATAB Nape Kit $99 not included in price • Scheduled follow-ups • Zero deviation from instructions
Cancellation Policy
You have up to 4 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule to not be charged the full amount for service or for a refund to be issued. If cancelled after 4 hr window, no refund will be issued and you will be charged full amount for service. No Call/No Show is automatically charged for full amount. Refusal to pay for services due to late cancellation or No Call/ No Show, You will not be allowed to book any future appointments or will be cancelled when I notice.
