Due to the nature of our skincare and treatment products, all sales of the ATAB Nape Kit are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
Why No Returns?
Each ATAB Nape Kit is carefully packaged to ensure product integrity, hygiene, and quality. Because this is a personal care treatment system, once shipped, we can no longer guarantee sanitary conditions upon return. This policy protects all customers and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
